General Terms of Business
1. SCOPE / GENERAL
Nagelshop24.ch is a project of Fiolia Online Services, Richtiring 14, CH-8304 Wallisellen, Switzerland.
The present general terms and conditions of business (hereinafter Terms and Conditions) apply to all services provided by the Nagelshop24.ch application.
2. ORDERING AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Orders are to be placed via the internet ordering portal www.Nagelshop24.ch after the customer accepts the present Terms and Conditions.
Orders placed via www.Nagelshop24.ch shall be confirmed to customers by email. A contract between the customer and Nagelshop24.ch only comes into effect with this confirmation of the order. Nagelshop24.ch is free not to accept orders, and to refuse to confirm them.
The products on Nagelshop24.ch shall be illustrated and described as best as possible. Nagelshop24.ch can nonetheless not guarantee that the products supplied may vary from those in the picture and description. Errors in product descriptions and product pictures remain reserved.
An exchange of ordered products is not possible. Subsequent modifications of already confirmed orders are ruled out. Defects must be objected to within three days after receipt of the products. Otherwise the products are considered to be accepted as defect-free. Hidden defects must be reported to the customer service department as soon as they are discovered.
If a wrong delivery or an incomplete delivery occurs, Nagelshop24.ch will provide compensation. The claim expires once the customer does not report the wrong delivery to Nagelshop24.ch within three days after receiving the goods, by email to service@nagelshop24.ch.
In case of an incorrect delivery or delivery of defective goods, Nagelshop24.ch will cover the return postage fees.
It may happen that despite confirmation, an ordered product can not be delivered. In this case the customer will be notified within three business days. The payment already made will be refunded to the customer. Claims from non-delivery or late delivery are excluded. The delivered products remain the property of Nagelshop24.ch until payment in full is received.
3. REGISTRATION
Registration is reserved exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. It is free of charge. A claim for admission to the online store does not exist. The customer must indicate their official name and residence during registration. The delivery address can be chosen freely in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
4. PRICES
The prices as published on Nagelshop24.ch apply. All prices are in Swiss Francs and include VAT.
5. PAYMENT
The payment methods offered by Nagelshop24.ch are available to the customers to render payment; payments in cash or by invoice are not possible.
6. DATA TRANSMISSION, USAGE AND SAFETY
The provisions of the Privacy Policy of Nagelshop24.ch apply.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS AND COURT OF JURISDICTION
Should parts of these Terms and Conditions for any reason prove to be unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The court of jurisdiction for natural persons is Zurich.
