essie ridge filling base coat

Gives nails ridges or discoloration a smooth, even base for color application. Leaves nails looking more youthful and smoother, as if resurfaced.

Usage: Use with or without nail color. Apply 2 coats if used alone or apply 1 coat as a base, followed with 2 coats of essie color and 1 coat of essie top coat.
